Chemicals are unhealthy. You know, the ingredients on the label that you can barely pronounce.. The ones that you honestly don’t even know exactly what they are, what they look like or even how they benefit you.. The ones that in the end do you more harm than good? Yeah, those chemicals. If you are having problems with your hair, skin or body or just simply want to become natural, here are a few ingredients that you could use for your health and beauty care from head to toe:

Shampoo: Baking soda, apple cider vinegar

Conditioner: Plain yogurt, avocado, honey, egg, banana, coconut oil

Face scrub: Brown sugar, oatmeal, eggs, milk, honey and coffee grounds

Toothpaste: Coconut oil, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, pure water or dry brushing

Deodorant: Lemon slices (yep, just simply slice and wipe under your arms). Also coconut oil, baking soda, shea butter, arrowroot powder, essential oils

Lotion: Coconut oil, olive oil, She butter, cocoa butter, oils (sweet almond, lavender, grapeseed, and jojoba, Vitamin E oil, essential oils

Body wash: Liquid castile soap, honey, veggie glycerin, Vitamin E oil, coconut milk and essential oils

Foot scrub: Gratulated sugar, brown sugar, olive oil, coconut oil, milk and peppermint essential oil

Foot soak: Baking soda, lime zest, honey, epsom salt, rice, milk, olive oil, coconut oil and essential oils

The above list is not limited to all the ingredients that can be used for health ad beauty care. Some ingredients can simply be used alone and some are best mixed with others. It all depends on what is best for you and your body.
