OTM: Tell us a little about yourself. What do you do when you’re not modeling?
Brittany: I am 26. I am a mother of a 2-year-old boy (Carter Mikael). I work 2 jobs currently at Geico and Home Depot. I have been modeling for 4 years locally. When I’m not modeling or working, I’m at home with my son or with family. But mostly, since I am working all the time, when I have free time I try to book as many shoots that I can. Also, I put together shoots. Most of my shoots that I have done I put together with the help from the photographer.

OTM: Tell us something we wouldn’t know about you.
Brittany: I am a baker. I love to bake from scratch. I bake homemade pound cakes (all flavors), brownies, rolls, cupcakes, cheesecakes, etc. The crazy thing behind it though, I will not eat them myself. I love to bake for others.

OTM: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Brittany: In 5 years, I’ll be 32. But, I see myself well into my career. I see myself being beyond financial comfort. I want to be a print, high fashion, magazine model. I want to be able to be the go-to-model that all the designers want to model their clothing in photo shoots. But most importantly, I want to be the best mom to Carter Mikael that I can be.

OTM: If you could give advice to an up and coming model what would you tell them?
Brittany: My advice to an up and coming model would be to take a leap out on faith. You will not be successful right away. I would tell them to be comfortable with having minor setbacks in your career. Be okay with it because they are setting you up for your one hell of a comeback. Keep pushing. Keep falling. Keep getting up. Keep fighting.

OTM: What’s one word to describe yourself?
Brittany: Dedicated.
